1. Agreement
These terms are between you and APM Tech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SurveyHub you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person may not share a single login across multiple people — add teammates as workspace members instead.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use SurveyHub to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe someone else’s rights
- Send unsolicited bulk email or run surveys people did not agree to receive
- Collect payment-card numbers, passwords, or government identity numbers through survey questions
- Phish, impersonate another person or organisation, or run a scam
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing or hateful
- Probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass usage limits
- Resell or white-label the platform without a written agreement with us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. Where the breach is serious — fraud, illegal content, or a threat to other customers — we may act without notice.
4. Your content and who owns it
You own your surveys and your response data. We claim no ownership over them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, back up and display that content so we can operate the service for you.
You are responsible for the content of your surveys and for having a lawful basis to collect the data you collect. If your survey gathers personal data, you act as the data controller and we act as your processor.
5. Plans, billing and taxes
- The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual billing is discounted.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you also accept their terms for the payment transaction itself.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may change prices, but not mid-period — changes apply from your next renewal, with notice.

6. Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly response quota, a survey limit and a storage allowance. If you exceed your quota, new responses may be rejected until the quota resets or you upgrade. If you downgrade to a plan that allows fewer surveys than you currently have published, some surveys will stop collecting responses until you are within the new limit again.
7. Availability
We work to keep SurveyHub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change is significant and negative for you, we will give reasonable notice. A specific uptime commitment is available only under a separate written enterprise agreement.
8. Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties such as payment processors, email delivery, and optional integrations you enable (Slack, Teams, webhooks). We are not responsible for those services’ own acts, availability or terms.
9. Termination
- You may cancel at any time from your billing page, or delete your account entirely.
- On cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these terms, or for non-payment.
- Export your data before deleting your account. After deletion we remove your surveys and responses within 30 days and cannot recover them.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your surveys, the data you collect, or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product. Continuing to use SurveyHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
