Why we built it
Most teams start collecting feedback with a free form builder. It works — right up until the moment the results actually matter. Then the cracks show: you cannot tell who dropped off halfway, open-text answers pile up unread, résumés arrive as attachments nobody can open in bulk, and there is no way to give a colleague access without handing over your own login.
SurveyHub exists for that moment. It keeps the part that works — build a form, share a link, get answers — and adds the parts teams end up needing: real analytics with completion funnels and NPS scoring, AI that reads hundreds of open-text answers so you do not have to, file and résumé collection that you can actually download in bulk, and proper team roles.
We are based in India and we build for the way teams here actually work — pricing in rupees, payments through Razorpay, UPI included, and surveys that load quickly on a mid-range phone over patchy mobile data.

Secure by default, not by upgrade

How we handle your data
Survey responses often contain personal information — names, email addresses, CVs, sometimes salary expectations. We treat that seriously.
Workspace isolation
Every request is scoped to the caller’s workspace, so one customer’s surveys and responses are never returned to another customer’s session.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form, and sessions can be revoked centrally. Two-factor authentication is available on accounts.
Your data stays yours
We do not sell response data, and we do not use your survey responses to train models for other customers. Export everything to CSV or Excel at any time.
Payments you can trust
Billing is processed by Razorpay with UPI, cards and net banking. Your card details go straight to them — we never see or store them.
