Yes. The Free plan lets you create surveys and collect responses every month without a credit card. You only upgrade when you need a higher response quota, more surveys, advanced analytics or data export.

Google Forms is excellent for simple data capture. No. Anyone with the link can answer. There is no sign-up wall for respondents, which meaningfully improves completion rates. You can optionally password-protect a survey or restrict it to one response per person.

Yes. File-upload questions accept images, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files up to 10 MB each. You can open or download any file from the response table, or download every file from a survey at once as a single ZIP — which is what most hiring teams use it for.

Yes. Export any survey to CSV or Excel, with one row per response and one column per question. Exports include location data and file links where present, so the data drops straight into your own analysis.

Every request is scoped to your workspace, so one customer’s data is not returned to another’s session. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and sessions can be revoked centrally. Optional two-factor authentication is available on accounts.

Payments in India are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details. Plans are available on monthly or annual billing, with annual billing discounted.
